Notary (1 to 5 years of experience)
Notary (1 to 5 years of experience), with or without clients, wishing to practice business law, financial and real estate law and having the following qualities:
- Be a member of the Chambre des notaires
- Have between 1 and 5 years of experience in real estate law, financial law and succession
- To desire to practice corporate law, carry out real estate sales and financing, as well as draft wills and powers of attorney in case of incapacity
- Be hardworking
- Be meticulous
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be respectful and honest
- Have an excellent command of the French language, both written and spoken
- Bilingualism is an asset
Litigator (3 to 5 years of experience)
Litigator (3 to 5 years of experience), with or without clients, wishing to practice in civil law, labour law and civil and commercial litigation and having the following qualities:
- Be a member of the Barreau du Québec
- Have between 3 and 5 years of experience as a litigator before common law and administrative courts
- To want to plead cases before common law and administrative courts
- Be hardworking
- Be meticulous
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be respectful and honest
- Have an excellent command of the French language, both written and spoken
- Bilingualism is an asset
Lawyer in corporate and commercial law (1 to 5 years of experience)
Lawyer in corporate and commercial law (1 to 5 years of experience), with or without clients, wishing, among other things, to practice in corporate law, commercial law, real estate law and financing and having the following qualities:
- Be a member of the Barreau du Québec
- Have between 1 and 5 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, real estate law and/or financial law
